Processing & Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

All orders are shipped from our international warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier delays, high seasonal demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Cancellations

Liability

Nora & Ella is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels if tracking shows successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
